Michael Kaufman has stepped down from his role on the Board of Directors at Champion Homes, Inc., effective September 5, 2024, due to MAK Champion Investment, LLC’s reduced shareholding, which fell below the five percent threshold required for board nomination rights. This resignation is not the result of any conflict with the company’s management or practices. Following his departure, the board has been resized to eight members, and with no shareholders currently holding nomination rights, the Investor Rights Agreement has consequently terminated.
