Miata Metals to Acquire Key Gold Projects

Miata Metals Corp. (TSE:MMET) has released an update.

Miata Metals Corp. is set to expand its gold exploration efforts by acquiring 79North Inc., which has interests in two significant gold projects within Suriname’s gold-rich Marowijne Greenstone Belt, totaling over 40,000 hectares. The areas show promising historical data, with Sela Creek and Nassau yielding high-grade gold samples, positioning Miata as a key player in the under-explored Guiana Shield region. Miata also plans to raise additional funds through a private placement to support this strategic venture.
