Miata Metals Corp. (TSE:MMET) has released an update.

Miata Metals Corp. has announced a brokered private placement intending to raise C$5 million through the sale of units at C$0.60 each, including a common share and a half warrant. The proceeds will be used for exploration and general corporate purposes, with the offering expected to close on October 16, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
