Miata Metals Corp. has increased its private placement offering to $6.37 million, aiming to fund its exploratory and development efforts in mineral properties. The offering consists of over 10 million units, each including a common share and a half warrant, with the latter allowing additional share purchases at a set price. Scheduled to close in mid-October, this initiative is backed by experienced lead agents and will prioritize the company’s exploration program and general corporate needs.
