MGM China Launches $500M Senior Notes Offering

MGM China Holdings (HK:2282) has released an update.

MGM China Holdings Limited has announced the issuance of US$500 million in senior notes at a 7.125% interest rate, maturing on June 26, 2031. The net proceeds, estimated at approximately US$493.1 million after expenses, are intended to repay a portion of the company’s outstanding revolving credit facility. The company is also seeking a listing for the notes on the Stock Exchange, aimed exclusively at professional investors.
