MGM China Holdings (HK:2282) has released an update.
MGM China Holdings Limited announced a proposed international offering of USD-denominated senior notes, exclusively to professional investors, subject to market conditions and investor interest. The offering is not open to the public in Hong Kong and will be coordinated by top financial institutions including BofA Securities and Deutsche Bank AG, with terms and pricing to be determined via a book building exercise. The notes, which will not be registered in the U.S., will be offered to qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. persons in compliance with respective securities regulations.
