M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the sale of 140,000 ordinary shares from its treasury on October 14, 2024, at 97.40 pence each, a premium to the last published net asset value. This issuance increases the total number of shares in circulation to 142,984,239, excluding those held in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure to assess any changes in their stake in the company as per the FCA’s rules.
