MFE-MediaForEurope Sets Dividend Payment Date

MFE-MediaForEurope NV Class A (IT:MFEA) has released an update.

MFE-MediaForEurope NV announces that it will pay an ordinary dividend of €0.25 per share on July 24, 2024, for the 2023 financial year, totaling €140,056,000.50. Shareholders on record by July 23 will be eligible for the dividend, with the ex-date set for July 22. Payments will be processed by Euronext Securities Milan through Banca Nazionale del Lavoro as the payment agent.
