MFE-MediaForEurope NV Announces Dividend and Share Plans

MFE-MediaForEurope NV Class A (IT:MFEA) has released an update.

MFE-MediaForEurope NV’s 2024 General Shareholders’ Meeting approved a 0.25 euros per share dividend for 2023 and greenlit all proposed agenda items, including director reappointments and a medium/long-term incentive plan. Additionally, the meeting authorized share buybacks and the issuance of new shares for various purposes, including rewarding shareholders and facilitating company operations.
