Methanex Corporation recently announced the successful election of all director nominees and the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors during their Annual General Meeting. The shareholders also approved the company’s executive compensation approach. Furthermore, Methanex welcomed Roger Perreault, an experienced industry veteran, to its Board of Directors.
