Meteoric Resources NL has successfully closed its Share Purchase Plan (SPP), raising $420,046 with an additional $3 million from sophisticated investors, earmarked for accelerating development at their Caldeira Project. With a bolstered cash balance of approximately $44 million, the company is set to fund exploration, feasibility studies, demonstration plant construction, and other corporate activities. The new shares issued under the SPP and additional placement are expected to start trading early September 2024.
