Meteoric Resources NL has successfully raised $27.5 million through the placement of 250 million new shares, aiming to fund the acceleration of their Caldeira Project, including pre-feasibility studies, a demo plant, and key licenses. In addition, the company offers a Share Purchase Plan to eligible shareholders to potentially raise an additional $5 million at the same share price. The combined fundraising efforts could bring the total proceeds to $32.5 million, bolstering the company’s financial position and development capabilities.
