Meteoric Resources NL has opened its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) for eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, offering the opportunity to buy shares without transaction costs. The company aims to raise approximately A$5 million through the sale of shares at a discounted price, with proceeds intended to accelerate the development of the Caldeira Project. Shareholders can apply until the SPP closes on 23 August 2024, with the possibility of an earlier closure at the company’s discretion.
