Metech International Limited has announced that its continuing sponsor, Novus Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., has terminated its sponsorship for commercial reasons, with the effective end date being 5 September 2024. The company is now in the process of finding a new sponsor to avoid suspension from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, as per the Catalist Rules. Shareholders are cautioned to seek professional advice before taking any action regarding their securities.
