Metech International Limited is in the process of appointing new executive officers, including a CEO and CFO, pending due diligence by its continuing sponsor. Additionally, the company has employed Mr. Cao Shixuan in its PRC subsidiary, who will step down from his consultant role upon the CEO’s appointment. An Independent Director nomination is also underway to fill a recent vacancy and maintain regulatory compliance.
