Metasphere Labs Inc., previously known as Looking Glass Labs Ltd., has been approved to transfer its common share listing from Cboe Canada to the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), aiming to reduce regulatory costs and support growth. The shares will delist from Cboe Canada on September 3, 2024, and commence trading on the CSE the following day, with no shareholder action required. This strategic move is anticipated to benefit investors and assist the company in its ongoing development and pursuit of financial self-sustainability.
