Metaplanet KK (JP:3350) has released an update.
Metaplanet Inc. has announced the gratis allotment of the 11th series of stock acquisition rights to its shareholders, enabling them to invest further in the company’s common stock without upfront cost. Shareholders as of September 5, 2024, will receive one right for each share owned, with the rights exercisable at 555 yen each. Any unexercised rights by October 15, 2024, will be acquired by the company and potentially allocated to specific investors.
