Metals X Limited has updated its corporate governance statement, which is fully compliant with the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s recommendations and is now available on their website. The statement, approved by the board as of 9 April 2024, outlines the company’s adherence to governance standards including the establishment of a board charter, director checks, written agreements with directors, and accountability of the company secretary. Although the company has not fully adopted the Council’s diversity recommendation, it has set out its governance practices on the website.
