Metals Exploration (GB:MTL) has released an update.
Metals Exploration PLC reports a profit before tax of $58.4 million for the first half of 2024, a notable increase from the previous year’s $37 million. Gold production totals 42,535 ounces, slightly down from 2023, but with a strong free cash flow of $46.4 million. The company has also achieved a debt-free status, completed an off-market share buyback, and finalized an acquisition of the YMC Group, positioning itself for future growth.
