Metals Exploration (GB:MTL) has released an update.
Metals Exploration PLC, a gold producer in the Philippines, has successfully completed the buyback of a third tranche of shares from Runruno Holdings Limited, with 94,936,651 shares purchased for £4.7 million, leaving Runruno with no remaining share capital in the company. Following the transaction, Metals Exploration has over 2.1 billion shares issued with approximately 1.7 billion carrying voting rights, and significant shareholdings have been disclosed, including MTL Luxembourg S.a.r.l. with 43.46% and Drachs Investments No3 Limited with 12.59%.
