Metals Acquisition Limited welcomes Ms Anne Templeman-Jones as a new Independent Non-Executive Director, bringing her extensive experience in financial and operational risk to the Company’s Board. In a strategic move, Mr Mohit Rungta replaces two outgoing Glencore nominees, as Glencore consolidates its representation on the Board following an increase in its stake to 13.5%. The Company expresses gratitude for the significant contributions of the departing directors, highlighting their roles in MAC’s success.
