MetalNRG PLC is moving forward with its acquisition of Compagnie Minière de l’Oumejrane, having submitted a draft prospectus to the UK Financial Conduct Authority and calling a general meeting for shareholder approval. The acquisition includes the profitable Oumejrane copper mine in Morocco, which reported $28 million in revenue for 2023. With financial backing from Orion Resources Partners, MetalNRG aims to expedite the deal’s completion.
