MetalNRG Plc has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Compagnie Minière de Oumejrane, gaining full ownership of a profitable copper mine in Morocco. The acquisition, backed by a $25 million convertible loan from Orion Resource Partners, is set to transform the company, which plans to rename itself Atlas Metals Group Plc and appoint a new management team. This strategic move positions MetalNRG for potential growth and collaboration opportunities in the mining sector.
