Metallis Resources Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $750,000 through the issuance of 5.77 million units priced at $0.13 each, with added share purchase warrants. The funds are designated for exploration activities on the company’s Canadian and American properties and for general corporate purposes. The share units will be subject to a four-month trading hold, with regulatory approvals pending.
