Metallis Resources Boosts Private Placement Offering

Metallis Resources (TSE:MTS) has released an update.

Metallis Resources Inc. has increased its non-brokered private placement from $750,000 to $851,500 due to strong investor demand, offering 6.55 million units at $0.13 each. The raised funds will be directed towards field exploration at the Kirkham and Greyhound Properties and for general corporate purposes. The offering includes share purchase warrants, with the placement expected to close on October 11, 2024.
