At the annual general meeting, Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. shareholders approved all outlined resolutions, including the election of five board members, the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors, and the Share Compensation Plan. The resolutions received overwhelming support, with each passing by at least 93% in favor, reflecting strong shareholder confidence.
