Metalicity Limited, trading as MCT on the ASX, has announced a General Meeting for shareholders to vote on a 10:1 security consolidation, approval of past and current placements, and a company name change to Arika Resources Limited. The meeting is scheduled for September 11, 2024, in Perth, WA. Additionally, the company is preparing to begin a new phase of drilling at the Yundamindra Gold Project, notably at the promising Pennyweight Point prospect.
