Cortus Metals, Inc. (TSE:MLO) has released an update.

Metalero Mining Corp. has successfully closed its final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising $191,000 to support its Nevada exploration projects and working capital. A significant portion of the shares was acquired by a company controlled by Metalero’s CEO, involving related party transactions.
