Meta Health Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Sim Mong Keang as an Independent Director and the reconstitution of its Board and Committees, effective from August 1, 2024. Mr. Sim will serve as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and as a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees, bolstering Meta Health’s commitment to corporate governance.
