MERLIN Properties SOCIMI, S.A. has announced a capital increase without preferential subscription rights, with Nortia Capital Investment, S.L. agreeing to subscribe to new shares proportional to its 8.17% stake in the company. The exact issue price is yet to be determined post-bookbuilding, and Nortia has also agreed to a 90-day lock-up period on share transfer post-capital increase.
