MERLIN Properties SOCIMI, S.A. has announced a capital increase without preferential subscription rights, with Banco Santander, S.A. committing to subscribe to new shares proportional to its 24.58% stake in the company. The exact issue price of the 23,094,534 shares will be set after a bookbuilding process, and Banco Santander agrees not to sell these shares for 90 days post-capital increase, with customary market exceptions.
