Meridian Mining Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Meridian Mining SE (TSE:MNO) has released an update.

At Meridian Mining SE’s Annual and Special Meeting, shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of directors and the appointment of KPMG LLP and PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors for Canada and the UK respectively. Shareholders also approved the Company’s 2023 Annual Accounts and authorized the Board to issue shares and disapply pre-emptive rights, demonstrating strong investor confidence.
