Mercury Systems Appoints New VP and Chief Accounting Officer

Mercury Systems Inc (MRCY) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Mercury Systems, Inc. has appointed Douglas Munro as the new Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective February 12, 2024. Munro, who has been with the company since 2012 and climbed the ranks from Corporate Controller, will oversee accounting operations and financial reporting. He brings experience from public accounting and holds an MBA and CPA license. His promotion includes a $100,000 restricted stock award under the company’s incentive plan. This announcement follows the departure of former Chief Accounting Officer Michelle M. McCarthy, who left for another opportunity without any disputes with the company’s practices.
