Mercury NZ Shareholders Approve Director and Pay Rise

Mercury NZ Ltd. (MGHTF) has released an update.

At Mercury NZ Limited’s recent Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, shareholders overwhelmingly approved the re-election of director Mike Taitoko and endorsed a significant increase in the board’s annual remuneration to $1,231,450 starting October 1, 2024. These changes follow Mercury NZ’s commitment to generating electricity exclusively from renewable sources and its dual listing on both the New Zealand and Australian Stock Exchanges.
