Mercury NZ Ltd. (MGHTF) has released an update.
Mercury NZ Limited is contemplating a new capital bond offer targeting up to $350 million, aimed at institutional and New Zealand retail investors. The anticipated offering, which would replace existing MCY020 bonds, is slated for detailed announcement and potential launch in late June 2024. Capital Bonds will be available exclusively through Joint Lead Managers and selected financial intermediaries, with no public pool.
