Mercury NZ Ltd. (MGHTF) has released an update.
Mercury NZ Limited has announced the re-issue of 5,351,842 ordinary shares from its treasury stock as part of its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the FY2024 final dividend. These shares are fully paid and were re-issued at a price of $5.8645 each, constituting 0.38% of the company’s total ordinary shares. The New Zealand Government maintains a minimum 51% shareholding in the renewable energy-focused company, which is listed on both the New Zealand and Australian Stock Exchanges.
