Mercia Asset Management Satisfies Employee Share Options

Mercia Asset Management (GB:MERC) has released an update.

Mercia Asset Management PLC has announced the transfer of 83,325 Ordinary Shares from its Treasury on September 10, 2024, to meet employee share option exercises. Following the transfer, the company has an issued share capital of 431,285,709 Ordinary Shares with voting rights, while 15,393,814 shares remain in Treasury. Mercia, a specialist asset manager with over £1.8 billion assets under management, offers a ‘Complete Connected Capital’ across various asset classes.
