Mercia Asset Management PLC, a specialist asset manager with over £1.5 billion in assets, recently executed a share buyback program on the London Stock Exchange, purchasing 140,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 34.20 pence each. Following the transaction, the company’s total issued shares amount to 432,527,109, excluding those held in treasury. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury, and further announcements are expected as the buyback program continues.
