Mercari, Inc. has announced the issuance of new shares as part of a Restricted Stock Units (RSU) Award Plan for 103 eligible employees of a U.S. subsidiary, with the shares to be issued on August 15, 2024, at a price of 1,997.5 yen each. This initiative follows the company’s adoption of the RSU Award Plan aimed at incentivizing employees, which allows them to receive shares based on certain vesting conditions and continuous employment within the Mercari Group.
