David G. Carlile stepped down from the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the company following a board meeting aimed at his removal. The very next day, Carlile expressed his concerns in a letter, which the company disputes, except for his missing signature on the latest Annual Report. Meanwhile, Lori Stansfield was appointed to the Audit Committee to fill the vacancy.
