Melrose (GB:MRO) has released an update.
Melrose Industries PLC has reported the purchase of 98,251 of its own ordinary shares through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, with prices ranging between 448.4000 and 463.9000 GBP. The shares acquired on October 7, 2024, will be held in treasury, resulting in a total of 61,361,353 treasury shares and 1,290,113,968 ordinary shares remaining in issue.
