Melrose (GB:MRO) has released an update.
Melrose Industries PLC has announced a share buyback, purchasing 394,052 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 550.8 to 558.4 pence per share, with the intention to hold these shares in treasury. Following this transaction, Melrose now has 31,545,303 treasury shares and 1,319,930,018 ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury.
