Melrose (GB:MRO) has released an update.
Melrose Industries PLC has reported the repurchase of 421,883 of its own ordinary shares on 21st June 2024, with transaction prices ranging from 567.4 to 580.2 pence per share and a volume-weighted average price of 575.766 pence. Following the buyback, the company will hold these shares in treasury, resulting in a total of 29,006,169 treasury shares and 1,322,469,152 ordinary shares remaining in issue.
