Melrose (GB:MRO) has released an update.
On July 15, 2024, Melrose Industries PLC announced the buyback of 375,358 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 576.40 to 585.80 pence per share, with the intention to hold these shares in treasury. After this transaction, the company holds over 34 million shares in treasury and has over 1.3 billion shares in issue (excluding those held as treasury).
