Meliá Hotels International has announced board changes including the appointment of María Cristina Henríquez de Luna Basagoiti as the new Coordinating Director, Cristóbal Valdés Guinea as a new Independent External Director, and María Mercedes Escarrer Jaume as a new Dominical External Director. The company has also expressed gratitude towards outgoing directors for their service, including Fernando d’Ornellas Silva and Francisco Javier Campo García, marking a significant shift in the composition of the company’s leadership.
