Michael John Sandy, a director at Melbana Energy Limited, has increased his direct and indirect stake in the company by purchasing 1,000,000 Fully Paid Ordinary (FPO) Shares on-market for a total consideration of $24,000. Following this transaction, Sandy now holds a total of 7,300,000 FPO shares. This change in director’s interest was not conducted during a closed period where prior written clearance was required.
