Meiji Holdings Co., Ltd. has completed its share repurchase program, buying back 1,277,900 shares for a total of JPY 4.67 billion between September 1 and September 20, 2024. The company’s buyback was part of a broader plan announced on May 10, 2024, which aimed to repurchase up to 11 million shares with a maximum outlay of JPY 30 billion, intending to retire all repurchased shares.
