Megaport Ltd has appointed Ms Lauren Williams as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee. Williams, with a strong background in digital strategy and leadership, including her previous role as CEO of Carsguide/Autotrader, is expected to contribute significantly to Megaport’s growth. The announcement also includes transitions within the company’s board, as Ms Naomi Seddon steps down from her role and Ms Melinda Snowden becomes Lead Independent Director.
