Megaport Ltd. announces the appointment of Melinda Snowden as the new Chair of the Board effective 30 June 2024, succeeding Bevan Slattery. Snowden brings extensive experience from her roles on various ASX-listed and private boards and is praised by Slattery for her deep understanding of Megaport’s business and proven governance track record. The leadership transition comes at a time when Megaport, a leading Network as a Service provider, continues to pursue growth and strategic opportunities under its CEO Michael Reid.
