Bevan Slattery has stepped down from his role as a director of Megaport Limited as of June 30, 2024, as disclosed in the company’s Final Director’s Interest Notice. He held 5,006,283 fully paid ordinary shares when he left the company, and he also had structured option and loan facilities secured by 2,000,000 of his shares, set to expire between August 2024 and March 2025.
